Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of NoorAPI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NoorAPI provides an AI inference API for sending requests to open-source language models via HTTP.

Free / Starter / Pro tiers — best-effort availability; no formal SLA.
Business tier — 99.5% monthly uptime SLA. Downtime credit applied for eligible outages.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
Generate content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
Send unsolicited bulk messages or generate spam at scale.
Circumvent content filters or attempt to jailbreak model behavior.
Resell or sublicense API access without written permission.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

NoorAPI is designed to be halal. Repeated violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Do not commit keys to public repositories. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period.
Refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds after 7 days or for renewal charges.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, harm to other users or the Service, or non-payment of fees. You may terminate at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your requests solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI MODEL OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE — DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOORAPI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
